Dairy farm in eastern Hungary

Location

• In the eastern region of Hungary, in Hajdú-Bihar county, close to the Romanian border, cattle farm for sale. The family-owned cattle farm is situated on 7.2 ha.

Livestock: A total of 325 cattle

• 176 milking cows
• 38 dry steers
• 28 pregnant heifers
• 24 growing heifers
• 45 mixed breeding calves
• 14 suckler calves

• 2 brick buildings with cow sheds 75 m x 12 m each, both buildings have covered walkways on both sides
• 4 pens with a floor area of 75 m x 6 m
• 2 cowsheds with 26 m x 8 m paddocks

• 1 milking parlour with 2 x 8 Delaval system, 2 milk coolers
• 4 Böck-type silo storage tanks, each with a storage capacity of 450.000 kg (450 tonnes)

• 2 covered bale stores 40 x 8 m.

We can supply the feed needed to feed the livestock from our family business by agreement.

The farm has about 6oo m of paved roads, of which about 220 m need repair.

The farm has its own electricity and water supply.

The plant has been awarded within the framework of a European Union project, we have complete investment plans, permits and documentation!
