Description
A plot of fertile agricultural land with an area of 32.24.35 hectares. Potatoes were grown last year, and in previous years the land was mainly used as grassland. In 2025, a groundwater well was drilled.
At the rear of the plot, an asphalt road was constructed for the wind farm. This also provides good access at the back. A favorable annual fee/compensation is paid to the landowner for this road, among others.
