It concerns a plot of sandy soil, divided into 2 parcels. The soil classification is mainly Hn21, field podzol soils; low in loam and slightly loamy fine sand. A small part consists of moorish podzol soils with a peat colonial cover and a moorish intermediate layer.
The parcels have been alternately cultivated every other year with potatoes, alternating with barley and beets. This year, the parcels are cultivated with barley and beets.
The measured size is 18.95.79 ha, about 0.5 ha less than the cadastral size (approx. 2.5% difference).
