Public selection procedure:
- Total area is approximately 3.70.45 hectares and consists of three plots
- The land is leased exclusively to agricultural businesses that will use the land themselves and whose
business location is within a radius of 5 kilometers from the property.
- Special conditions regarding the crops that may be grown. Specific requirements are stated in the registration and
leasing conditions.
- The plot has access to the public road.
- The minimum lease amount is €750.00 per hectare per year.
- The lease agreement is entered into for 1 year.
- A maximum of 50% of the water board charges will be passed on to the lessee.
