Farm/estate of 844 hectares with strong livestock farming designation in the Beja region (Alentejo, Portugal).
The land mainly consists of a dense holm oak forest and is mostly flat to gently rolling with good accessibility.
The Herdade is set up for breeding and fattening cattle and has several farm buildings, including an agricultural pavilion, silos, a fattening pavilion, and various storage/hay barns.
Water supply is excellent with two large reservoirs (built in 2021, total capacity approx. 171,000 m³), supplemented by several boreholes and wells.
