LIVESTOCK SECTOR

On this sector we raise diary cows and Angus beef. Currently only Holstein dairy cattle are present.

The farm is  located in Vaslui County , eastern Romania on the european road- E581, the road that connect the Albita custom and all areas of the country.(Constanta, Bucharest, Brasov...etc),  

The farm is situated on the area of 44800 sqm land in Tarzai village, commune Oltenesti, Vaslui County, Eastern Romania

Building no. 1, intended for administrative headquarters with Acd= 288 sq m and Au=212.02 sq m. the construction was built in 1980. Heating and domestic hot water is provided by a thermal power plant with LPG supply from a container located in the immediate vicinity of the building.
Building no. 2, with the destination Stable with 1252 sq m. The capacity of the stable is 140 heads.
Building no. 3, with the destination stable with Acd = 1252 sq m. The capacity of the stable is 140 heads.
Building no. 4, intended for Cattle Paddock with 357 sq m The capacity of the paddock is 85 seats.
Building no. 5, with the destination maternity stable with 666 sq m . The capacity of the stable is 85 seats.
Building no. 6 with the destination Silo surface with 1,501 sq m.
Building no. 7 with destination strow fodder storage with 581 sqm x 2
Building no. 8, intended for Pump cabin + Tanks with 225 sq.m
Building no. 9, destined for Milking Hall with 465 sq m.

Equipment on the farm:

dump truck, technological trailer, tractor, bucket loader.

Animal feed is provided for whole year.


In the same area,  on the 23000 sqm land there are 3 big stables, 2 for fattening cattle- about 300 heads/each  and 1 for maternity with 70 places.

We used to use it for fattening angus beef cattle.

The farm is fully equipped with all it`s needed for raising beef cattle’s.

 

AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

  • The company currently exploits 6000 ha of arable land, all in Vaslui county. The lands belong to 22 municipalities located somewhat in the vicinity of each other 
  • The lands are 75% leased and the remaining 25% owned by company and the two administrators.
  •  Lease contracts are generally for 10 years, and will be renewed starting with 2026, depending on how they reach maturity, since they were drawn up in different years.
  • The fleet of machinery that serves these land includes tractors from 120 hp to 600 hp, almost the all fleet ( John Deere tractors, John Deere Harvesteres are new generation , with year  2017-2023)
  • The machinery park is in Costesti commune, in the center of the Vaslui county, Eastern Romania, directly on the European road E581, to be able to easily serve all work points.
  • We use plows for preparing the soil (which are used only when the conditions allow and in general for autumn crops, scarifiers, Horsch Kuhn stubble cultivators,
  • For sowing, we are equipped with seed drills with working widths of 6-9 m (horsh pronto), respectively 8-16 rows (vaderstad)
  • For harvesting, we have John Deere Combines equipped for rapeseed, straw grains, safflower and corn, S780 -2 pcs
  • We also have baling presses, silage harvesters and other specific equipment for livestock companies.
