General Information:
The property has operated since 1998 under the brand "Gudmundsgården," Halland's oldest farm charcuterie, with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 12 million.
The adapted food production facilities process both home-grown and purchased meat from pigs, cattle, and lamb into various charcuterie products. Animals are slaughtered at a local slaughterhouse (16 km away) and transported as carcasses or pre-butchered. Products are sold in the farm shop and at Varberg market.
In addition, a café/lunch restaurant adjacent to the farm shop accommodates 40-50 seated guests. Fully equipped with a commercial kitchen, the facility offers diverse meal options. The current operation employs about seven people. The facilities are approved for general food production and can also be used for other purposes, such as a bakery or brewery.
Sale:
The buyer can take over a fully operational business with the established brand "Gudmundsgården," active since 1998. Machinery and equipment can be purchased separately by agreement.
It is also possible to buy only the business and the brand, with the arable land sold separately.
