The total land area is 37 hectares, including 26.5 ha of arable land, 7 ha of productive forest land, and 4 ha of other land. The residence (252 m²) was built in 1922, features 7 rooms, a kitchen, and a basement, and has been thoroughly renovated in the past 10 years. It is heated with a geothermal system, has fireplaces, and fiber optic.
The pig stables are spread over five well-equipped buildings with alarm systems. Additionally, a new photovoltaic system has been installed.
