In addition to the main property, the company includes a farmland plot located at Lomborgvej 172 and two plots without buildings, namely a farmland plot at Rammegårdvej 21 and a nature area planted with protected forest land at Grenholmvej 10. The four properties together have a total area of approximately 155 hectares, after a redistribution of the land.
The main house is a beautiful and monumental residence with a living area of 254 m². The house is spaciously designed, with high ceilings and large rooms. It is built in red bricks with a tiled roof.
Farm Buildings
The farm buildings consist of a free-range barn from 2001 with two De Laval robots from 2007, which were updated in 2023. There is space for approximately 130 cows at the milking robots. Additionally, there are 82 cubicles for dry cows and larger heifers. The remaining young cattle are housed in pens with slats and cubicles. Furthermore, there is a machinery storage.
The farm has an environmental permit for 268.6 DE, which corresponds to 150 dairy cows, 116 larger heifers, 32 calves, and 75 young bull calves.
All work related to harvest and manure is outsourced, while the other fieldwork is carried out with a well-maintained machinery fleet.
Livestock and Production
The company has a good SDM livestock with 154 dairy cows and young cattle, with a production of approximately 11,500 kg ECM.
Land and Cultivation
Of the total area of approximately 155 hectares, according to the owner, about 121 hectares can be used as arable land for crops such as grain, maize, and grass. Additionally, there is approximately 17 hectares of permanent grassland and about 5 hectares of forest land with subsidies. The land is of good quality, generally JB 3-7, with a favorable layout.
