Location

Land
- Approximately 173 hectares.
- The land is divided into approximately 150 hectares of coarse sandy arable land, approximately 3 hectares of permanent grass/pasture, and approximately 8 hectares of nature.
- The remaining part consists of building plots, roads, plot boundaries, etc.
- In addition to the main site Engmarksvej 7, the farm consists of part of two non-building properties at Pottervej 4A with approximately 14.78 ha and Pottervej 9 with approximately 39.23 ha.
- Of these 2 properties, land has been sold and part has been retained by the seller. Additionally, there is an open land property at Canadavej 15.
- Of the arable land, all but approximately 26 hectares have the possibility of irrigation.
House
- The house and integrated garage were built in 1910 and stand today with a plastered facade and roof from 1990. The house has been continuously renovated and modernized, including the installation of a loft roof in 1990.

- Calf barn with approximately 35 small calves in pens, plus communal box.
- Other farm buildings include the welfare department, machine house/feed barn, and good feed storage with clamp silos.
Cattle
- Today, the farm is run as an organic milk production with approximately 150 cows including breeding, with delivery to Arla.
- There is an environmental permit with permission for 163 cows plus breeding.
