Land

• There is 238ha of land for sale and approximately 200ha for rent.

Livestock

• Currently, there are 230 dairy cows and 240 young cattle being kept.
• Delaval milking parlor with 16 places and an 8-ton milk cooler. The milking installation was built in 2006 for 206 cows.
• Delpro software and Smartbow monitoring systems are used to monitor the animals.
• The barn for 153 young animals was built in 2019. Smartbow monitoring system is used to monitor heifers.

Buildings

• The barn for pregnant animals was renovated in 2007, there are 100 places for animals, plus 100m2 calving space.
• The calf barn was renovated in 2007 and 2022 and contains 24 individual boxes and a pen with 40 places. The shed for weaned calves accommodates about 100 calves.
• Grain dryer is a batch dryer that can hold 18 tons of grain, in addition, there are 6 x 30 ton grain hoppers. The grain warehouse is about 1000m2.
• Warehouse/shed 1 150m2, warehouse 2 about 800m2, warehouse 3 about 500m2.
• The capacity of the silos is approximately 4500m3.

Manure/fuel storage

• The capacity of the manure storage is approx. 9500 m3.
• There is a fuel tank with a capacity of 5 tons on the farm premises.

• The price of the farm without animals is 5,500,000 EUR
• Including animals and feed 6,000,000 EUR
