A long, narrow plot of grassland located in Buinerveen near Noorderstraat 49.
The plot is partly part of a larger property with the farmhouse Noorderstraat 49, which is excluded from the sale. The plot still needs to be cadastrally measured. There will be a strip of about 5 meters from Noorderstraat to the back, which will form the access to the plot. The plot consists of sandy soil in the east and peat soil in the west and is designated as permanent grassland. For manure legislation, the plot is classified as sandy soil.
