House:
The house was built in 1988. Traditionally constructed with cavity walls and the roof is covered with roof tiles. The ground floor and upper floor are made of concrete.
There is roof, wall, and floor insulation. The wooden frames are equipped with double glazing. Heating is provided by central heating and partly underfloor heating; the HR combi boiler is from 2017.
The usual utilities are present except for sewerage and cable television.
