Beautiful block of peat-colonial arable land, located in three well-accessible plots of approximately 35, 17, and 4.5 ha. The plots of 35 and 17 ha are located directly behind each other, separated by the Tweederdeweg north. The plot of 4.5 ha is about 450 m from the other plots.
The soil type is sand, partly peaty sand.
Gooreerd soil, transitioning into peaty earth soil and peaty podzol soil.
