BIDS
From September 6, 2024, you can only submit a bid digitally with an amount in whole euros, buyer's costs, and accompanied by any conditions and/or dissolutions.
Other forms of registration will not be processed.
A bid without reservations is a plus and is preferred.
Bids must be irrevocable by October 12, 2024, at the latest.

Bidding is done per parcel. You can register for one or more parcels. For the whole, you can bid on parcel V.

You place your bid via the website vlnn.nl. You click on the button 'place a bid'. Then a form appears that you must fill in. You fill in all fields and confirm your bid. During the bidding, you must check that you have seen and read all the information available for download on the website.
You must add the following items:
- secure copy of valid ID
- valid extract from the Chamber of Commerce (if applicable)
You will then receive an email confirming the bid you placed. If you do not receive an email, the bid was not successful.

Placing the bid works best if you use the web browser Google Chrome. We recommend that you submit your bid in a timely manner. We are not liable for any internet disruptions. When entering the amount, do not use periods or commas. You can only register with whole euros.

Your bid is, of course, not visible to us and/or other bidders. The bid is received on a secure server that is only accessible to the project notary (Veldjesgraaf & Korlaar Notaries in Woudenberg), who oversees the bidding process. After the bidding period closes, the project notary checks
the bids and the correct course of the process. Incomplete or incorrect bids are not valid and will not be processed by the notary. The project notary releases the bids if the procedure is correct.
Subsequently, Interfarms VLNN Brokers coordinates the bids with the seller.

The Netherlands

With a population of over 17 million and an area of 41,543 km², the Netherlands has a high population density of 504 per km². About 18% of its surface area consists of water, and a significant portion of the land and population is located below sea level. The country is protected from water through a system of dikes and waterworks. Polders have been created through land reclamation. The landscape of the Netherlands is flat almost everywhere. The Dutch landscape mainly consists of cultural landscapes and managed nature reserves. Over the centuries, not only has the natural environment changed, but due to the shrinking and fragmentation of habitats and environmental pollution, both the quality and quantity of nature have deteriorated. Efforts are being made through nature policy and private initiatives to reverse this trend.

Through diversification in agriculture, entrepreneurs must also try to generate income from non-agricultural activities. These include agricultural nature and water management, agro-tourism, and care farms.
