Pro4ce s.r.o. is a Dutch-Slovak consultancy firm with nearly 19 years of experience in Slovakia. Laurens is a co-founder of Pro4ce s.r.o. and has been involved since 1994 in the acquisition and leasing of (agricultural) land, the development of agricultural and commercial real estate, the financial structuring of projects, and property management.
Laurens grew up in the Netherlands, studied Business Administration in Rotterdam, and holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Tilburg University. In addition to local experts, Pro4ce s.r.o. has a Dutch management team that leads the office in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The Dutch management team has been living and working in Slovakia since 1994
