Småland, Sweden
Located in a rolling landscape with natural meadows and light forests, near Store Mosse National Park, lies the Villa Vilan estate. The business includes organic farming, a bed & breakfast, holiday homes, and a glamping dome.
We, a German-Swiss couple, have built and gradually expanded this business since 2001. Due to our age, we now wish to sell this special place.
Guests often compare Villa Vilan to Bullerby because of its idyllic and rural atmosphere. At the same time, accessibility is excellent: the E4 motorway junction and the nearest train station are only 4 km away. Shops, childcare, schools, and a health centre with a pharmacy are within a 12 km radius (about a 10-minute drive). The school bus stops right at the door.

High-quality agricultural machinery can be purchased separately, possibly partially. A large part of the inventory of the accommodation, such as furniture, crockery, and textiles, is included.
Continuing the current combination of agriculture and tourism is an attractive option. The well-running business, including website, social media, and established reputation, can be taken over. Other uses are also possible, such as courses, retreats, direct sales, multi-generational living, residential communities, care concepts, or long-term rentals. Thanks to fibre optic connections in all buildings, working from home and remote work are excellently possible.
