The farm has about 200 hectares of agricultural land, of which 80 hectares are owned and 120 hectares are leased. The soils consist of loamy sandy soil and are not very drought-sensitive. Approximately 36 hectares are drained.
The farm buildings include a free-stall barn for 100 dairy cows with 2x6 milking parlors, manure storage according to standards, young stock barn, and machinery storage. The machinery fleet is present; harvesting activities are outsourced.
