This mixed crop-dairy farm is located at the foothills of the mountains and covers approximately 1,100 ha, of which about 600 ha is flat arable land and 500 ha is grassland. The farmyard (approx. 10 ha) has stables, a milking parlour, storage for silage and grain, a grain cleaner and a mixing plant. The buildings are in their original condition but well maintained. The livestock consists of approx. 200 Simmental dairy cows with associated young stock. The farm is fully equipped with machinery, except for harvesting.
