Men's barn of 50’ x 100’ with forced air heating, built in 2000. A hay storage is attached behind the men's barn.
3 Rearing barns each 33’ x 250’ with boiler heating, equipped with workspace, feeding systems, pan feeding, lubing drinkers. Built in the 80s, but all windows and doors have been renewed in the past two years. Each barn accommodates +/- 7000 birds.
6 Laying hen barns, each 44’ x 300’, built in the late 90s/2000s, all connected by heated corridors. Equipped with side-to-side ventilation, Shenandoah nests, Prinzen egg packer, egg grader, security cameras everywhere. Includes showers, coffee room, and toilets.
Heated attached workshop with wash area, plus two more heated workshops at the barns; one is the loading area, large enough for a truck to pick up eggs.
Spike barn for roosters of 72 x 16, built in 2023.
Eggs are delivered to Sofina.

2 water wells with plenty of water. Water is treated with a water treatment system.
Access to the farm via the highway, with natural gas connection. Neighbors take the hay from the land and exchange it for straw; they also take the manure, which can be easily sold.
