The Land
There is a total area of 297 hectares for the properties, with approximately 280 hectares of arable land, located with a total area of 155 hectares at Søndergaard and Baas and the other areas north and south of Brønden. The fields are predominantly large and rational and suitable for potato cultivation. Approximately 70 hectares are designated as raw material extraction areas, of which about 25 hectares can be utilized.
Farm Buildings
The barns at Søndergaard and Baas were renovated in 2015/16 and have a capacity of approximately 900 sows and climate-controlled stalls with about 2,200 pen spaces. There are 216 farrowing pens in farrowing units and gestation units with transponders. The barn is leased until 2032 (non-terminable by the landlord) for an annual rent of DKK 900,000, with the landlord obligated to provide heating.
Other farm buildings mainly consist of machine houses used for the storage of straw, machinery, grain/seeds, and for rental.
Housing
7 houses are included, of which 4 are near the barns and 3 are south of Brønden. The annual rental income amounts to DKK 500,000.
