On the way to the great Languedoc wines, - A border vineyard between Malepère and Languedoc, at the crossroads of Mediterranean heat and Atlantic coolness. It is located on a plateau of clay-limestone gravel with the Pyrenees as a backdrop. It offers an ideal location, close to the highway. - 14.7 hectares of fine, well-structured, smooth wines come from the Cru de l'AOP Malepère (appellation d'origine contrôlée), benefiting from a drip irrigation system. These wines have won several awards at the Concours Général Agricole and are IGP OC varietal wines. - These wines are made from high-quality, low-yield vines that have carried the organic*FR-BIO-01 label since 2001. The white, red, and rosé wines have been produced on-site for over 30 years and are sold in the tasting cellar on the estate. - The estate covers a total of 47.14 hectares, of which 31.5 hectares are arable and irrigable land with Basic Payment Rights (BPR) and 0.8 hectares of forest and coppice. The difference is the area under vines. - The farm has a fully equipped and furnished wine cellar and a 35 m² sales shop, complete with a custom-made blond oak wine library. - There is also a 70 m² office and a 35 m² storage area. - The domain is ideal for events, group gatherings, days in the vineyards, and evenings combining food and wine.
