Description
Located on the Oosterweg M in Purmer and the Hofweg in Ilpendam, a parcel of agricultural land is offered by registration, approximately 14 hectares 53 ares 60 centiares in size. The lands are offered in one lot.
The parcels are accessed via a dam to the Oosterweg M. There is a parcel path of approximately 550 m² on the lot. Drainage is done by means of ditches.
These are various parcels of land, mainly suitable as grassland. In the past, part of the land was used to grow corn and wheat.
Soil type
Calcium-poor nesvaag soils; clay. According to the Fertilizer Act, the lot is clay soil.

Sale by registration
The object is sold by registration. Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid can be submitted according to the registration procedure and using the registration form.
The legal transfer is scheduled for October 28, 2026. Delivery of the lands will take place no later than December 31, 2026.
