Interfarms Invest acquired this company in 2019, together with an external investor. It is an arable farm of approximately 300 ha.
The buildings consist of a beautiful house with pigsties (for the production of fattening pigs) and associated manure storage. There is also a large shed for machine storage and 2 American silos for grain storage.
The entire company is rented out to local entrepreneurs. For example, the grounds are rented out to an organic carrot grower, the pigsties to a pig farmer and the machine shed to a wholesaler of garden products.
Because the grounds already adjoin business parks in the city of Aalborg and are located on the highway, this may offer additional opportunities in the future.
